Season 2006-2007
The season has started with a number of exhibtions
for the team, which has proved to be benefical.
The first competition of the year was the British
Championships 2007 in Deeside. The team performed
the short programme very well and a weary but
good performance in the long. The team is stil;l
awaiting the result for the competition, which
will be given in Janurary 2007.
Sad news, Miffi Wood has decided to end the season
in November 2006, as she has headed off on a 4
month skiing adventure in Canada!

Season
2005-2006
As
a new season starts so does the training, starting
with an ISU training in Budapest, Hungary from
25th June - 3rd July 2005. The team had dance,
gym and of course synchro with Kaisa, The Rockette's
coach. The Team has also attended a NISA training
camp at Lee Valley, London. The team have recently
competed in the Nottingham Cup 2006, achieving
a 7th place finsih of 8 teams. With this competition,
the team also become British Senior Champions
for the third year in a row!
The
next competition on their schedule was the French
Cup 2006, Rouen. The Team skated an excellent
short programme to come 9th of 13 teams, sadly
their long programme wasn't as good as the Team
dropped to 11th place. The final competition was
the BIG one - The World Synchronized Skating Championships,
in Prague! The Team didn't skate to their full
promise, finally finishing 20th of the 21 teams
competiting. Best of luck for the next season!
